I received a notification at 12am EDT today (June 18, 2025) that my American Express account was disconnected. When I tried to reconnect my AmEx to DAS Budget via Plaid, I was able to sign into Plaid and then I was redirected to the AmEx website. Instead of a login screen I was greeted to an error that said “We’re sorry, we’re unable to complete your request at this time. Please contact DAS Budget for more information.” At the bottom of the page there is an error code: 1405. Unfortunately I don’t see another way to submit a support request so I apologize if this ends up in a feature request/bug report list instead of the right place!
